Tuwaiq Palace is an exclusive luxury destination hotel and spa emerging from the comprehensive refurbishment of an existing landmark on the outskirts of Riyadh. The development comprises 22 villa blocks and a central palace building totaling approximately 23,000 sqm, offering guests a unique combination of palatial grandeur and contemporary wellness.

Conserve was appointed as LEED Commissioning Authority, implementing a systematic commissioning programme that encompassed design document review, commissioning plan development, functional performance testing of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and delivery of final commissioning reports confirming that each system operates in accordance with the design intent and LEED Silver certification requirements.
