Scope of Work
1. RIBA Stages 1 to 4, from planning through to building warrant, on a Category C listed building
2. Measured building survey using 3D laser scanning to capture existing site conditions
3. Scan to BIM model development of existing conditions
4. Proposed layout design in line with listed building consent requirements
5. Preparation and submission of planning and listed building consent documentation
6. Multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architecture, structure and MEP
7. Liaison with the appointed Planning Officer throughout the application process
