Training

Within this short span of time we have trained up to 111 engineering professionals and offered placement in our company for nearly 65.

We have a well-facilitated environment with Air-conditioned smart classrooms, system equipped for individual trainee and separate trainers for each courses. There would be 2 hours of practical training and 2 hours of Theory, totally 4 hours in a day. The classes can be scheduled according to the available time of the candidates.

Conserve Academy signifies by its unique way of providing hands-on training to the candidates. Our MEP trainers are well-qualified, highly efficient in the field; they get trained by our project leaders, project managers. So, the training would be job-oriented, project-oriented. Assignments will be assigned based on AutoCAD, REVIT to influence your frequency in Drafting. In Design section, Manual calculations must be done based on the training given. The trainee works on live-projects during the training period.

After the successful completion of training, based on their discipline and performance, they would get placed in our Trichy office and after getting enough training, they get a chance to fly off to our front office at Qatar with free accommodation.

Conserve academy not only providing training courses, we are conducting Workshops, Internship program, Project guidance for academic engineers.

Conserve academy support to the Placement cell of reputed Engineering Colleges.

We recruited different discipline students with good attitude and knowledge through Campus interview.
