Hospitality Tower Project is a 30-storey luxury residential tower in Qatar. Featuring 168 spacious units ranging from 150 to 300 square meters, the tower integrates world-class amenities including a lobby, concierge, restaurant, spa, and swimming pool. Inspired by themes of air and flight, the building reflects the prestige of its client. Conserve Solutions facilitated the project’s sustainability certification, ensuring compliance with GSAS v.2 Commercial requirements to achieve a 2-star rating during construction. This project highlights Conserve’s expertise in embedding sustainability in high-profile residential developments aligned with Qatar’s environmental goals.
