Luxury Spa and Resort Development – Qatar

Conserve has appointed to facilitate Construction Stage LEED Certification Documentation for the project. The project is located approximately 120Km north of Doha, 5Km east of the town of Al Ruwais. The project site is approximately 10 Ha, which is part of an Overall Site of 28 Ha, which is intended to be developed by the Employer into a comprehensive wellness and recreational area. The scope of the Destination spa and Five Star Resort Project is the development of a 60 key Destination Spa and a 120 key Family Resort within the Project Site. The approximate gross built up area of the Project is 23,500 m2, with extensive outdoor and exterior areas of landscaping, roads, lagoons, and the like, as would be normally expected for a resort development of this type.
