Project Summary

The Red Palace, formerly the private residence of King Saud and the seat of the Council of Ministers. The project is being transformed into an ultra-luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Riyadh, offering over 70 keys of exclusive accommodation, including 25 luxury guest rooms, 26 deluxe rooms, 44 suites, and a distinguished Royal Suite, each with private butler service.

Conserve was appointed as LEED Commissioning Authority, developing and executing a comprehensive commissioning plan and verifying that all building systems-HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting controls, and BMS-were designed, installed, tested, and calibrated to meet both luxury performance requirements and LEED Gold certification standards.
