Conserve was appointed as Construction Stage Sustainability Consultant, managing the full credit documentation for LEED v4 BD+C and MOSTADAM D+C Gold certification. Our services addressed the specific sustainability challenges of luxury hospitality in a heritage-sensitive environment, including careful materials management, indoor environment quality for high-specification guest spaces, water conservation in F&B and wellness facilities, and commissioning support of all building systems to the project’s exacting performance requirements.
