Taif Entertainment Complex is a large-scale leisure development spanning 66,000 sqm, featuring diverse attraction zones, interactive play areas, themed environments, and family entertainment facilities in Taif, a city renowned for its cooler climate and growing tourism profile.

Conserve was appointed as Sustainability Consultant for the Construction Stage, facilitating LEED v4 BD+C Silver certification.

Our scope included sustainable construction activity management, site inspections, material procurement compliance, indoor environment quality planning during construction, and the coordination and submission of all required LEED credit documentation through to GBCI – demonstrating Conserve’s ability to deliver Green Building certification across diverse entertainment typologies under Vision 2030.
