Project Summary
Conserve provided SP3D modeling services for the Hydrogen Recovery Design Skid Package at the Refinery Plant, one of Asia’s major onshore refinery facilities. The scope included the development and updating of SP3D models for the Skid Packages—Skid A and Skid B—in accordance with project specifications and defined review stages.
The project involved advancing the design from 30% native models and NWD files through 60% and 90% model development phases, incorporating review feedback and engineering markups at each stage. Conserve’s team undertook complete 3D modeling of skid assemblies, conducted model reviews, and prepared detailed drawings and documentation to support fabrication and installation.
The updated skid design integrated modifications to header and valve sizes based on revised P&ID markups, ensuring precision, compliance, and alignment with overall project standards. Through this engagement, Conserve demonstrated its expertise in refinery design and SP3D modeling, contributing to efficient and accurate project execution.
