Project Summary
The project involved the extension and refurbishment of an existing detached residential property in Northwest London. The proposed development included a single-storey rear extension, a two-storey side extension, and a loft conversion with a rear dormer extension to create additional habitable accommodation. Architectural, structural, and MEP services were delivered through RIBA Stages 3 and 4, including design coordination, structural calculations, HVAC design and detailed construction documentation. The project was designed to meet applicable UK Building Regulations and planning standards.
