LEED v4 BD+C
Project Summary
Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Design and Construction stage LEED Gold Certification for the project. The Client has merged the two plots (109 & 112) and will be known as plot 164 having a total plot area of 2,216 sq. m. The maximum leasable BUA will be 6,653 Sq. m. The plot one 64 will be an office building with leasable tenant spaces.
