Job Summary
We are expanding our presence across the U.S. Energy and Engineering markets and are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who understands how to build real client relationships — not just pipelines. This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for someone who already operates within the Oil & Gas, EPC, AEC, or Engineering ecosystem and knows how staffing partnerships are built in these industries. If you have established relationships, understand MSP/VMS environments, and have successfully turned conversations into recurring staffing revenue, this role offers the platform to scale that success further.
Key Responsibilities
- You will take ownership of developing and expanding client partnerships across Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), EPC contractors, engineering design firms, and industrial construction organizations across the United States.
- From initial outreach to contract execution, you will lead the full sales cycle — opening doors, qualifying opportunities, negotiating MSAs and rate structures, and securing contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based staffing engagements.
- Success in this role comes from your ability to combine industry knowledge, relationship - building, and commercial acumen to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Develop and grow direct client relationships within the Energy and Engineering sectors
- Expand into MSP and VMS programs where appropriate
- Convert industry relationships into active staffing engagements
- Participate in RFP processes and SOW-based workforce solutions
- Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Build a sustainable sales pipeline that supports long-term revenue growth
Skills Required
- Proven success selling into Oil & Gas, EPC, AEC, or Engineering markets
- An existing network of hiring managers, procurement leaders, or program managers in the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and grow staffing revenue
- Strong understanding of contract staffing models, MSP/VMS environments, and SOW engagements
- A disciplined, self-driven professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of business development experience within staffing or workforce solutions
